Jersey Police have issued an appeal on behalf of a local insurer to return a valuable ring that was lost in Jersey earlier this year.
The ring, adorned with sapphire and diamonds, was inadvertently left behind in a taxi on February 23.
According to police, the owner of the ring “remains optimistic that it might have been found by a subsequent passenger, who may not have realized its significant value.”
Individuals who have come into possession of the ring are urged to return it to police headquarters in St Helier. Authorities assure that there will be no consequences for returning the ring and no requirement to disclose their identity.
