Bonhams has named Chabi Nouri, former executive at Cartier and Piaget, as its new global CEO. Nouri, who previously worked as a private-equity partner at Mirabaud Group in Switzerland, will be based at Bonhams’ headquarters in London. Her tenure includes serving as CEO of Piaget, owned by Richemont, and holding various roles during a decade-long career at Cartier.
Hans-Kristian Hoejsgaard, executive chairman of Bonhams, praised Nouri’s appointment, highlighting her track record in luxury brand management and digital innovation. He emphasized her valuable experience in enhancing Bonhams’ luxury category. Nouri is set to assume her new position in October, overseeing operations across Bonhams’ 14 international salesrooms.
Under her leadership, Bonhams has expanded its portfolio by acquiring Bukowskis in Stockholm, Bruun Rasmussen in Copenhagen, Skinner in Boston, and Cornette de Saint Cyr in Paris in 2022.
