HRA Group has launched a new suite of diamond recutting and repair services at its Toronto facility. This initiative aims to address the inefficiencies and high costs retailers face when seeking diamond recutting solutions.
To create a more efficient process, HRA partnered with Dialog to develop a user-friendly recutting request system. Retailers can now easily access professional diamond recutting services with minimal hassle. The new system promises quick turnaround times and a seamless experience from start to finish.
HRA manages all aspects of the recutting process, including secure shipping and facilitating GIA recertification. This allows retailers to concentrate on their core business while relying on HRA to deliver high-quality results.
The expanded services include options for recutting damaged diamonds, upgrading poorly cut stones to GIA XXX or AGS 000 standards, and removing unwanted girdle inscriptions. HRA’s professional team ensures that diamonds are processed swiftly, reducing downtime for retailers and offering significant cost savings compared to local or New York City-based alternatives.
“We are excited to offer our diamond recutting services to retailers across North America,” said Itay Ariel, Global Director of Sales at HRA Group. “Our goal is to provide an efficient, cost-effective solution that meets the growing needs of the industry, backed by our extensive technical expertise and commitment to quality.”
With this new offering, HRA Group aims to strengthen its position as a trusted partner in the jewelry industry, providing retailers with the tools to enhance their inventory and improve profitability.
