Studs Partners with Stephanie Gottlieb for Exclusive Jewelry Collection

by Madonna

Jewelry brands Studs and Stephanie Gottlieb have unveiled a 13-piece collaborative collection, blending fine jewelry with Studs’ signature piercing style. The collection, which features earrings priced between $295 and $650 each, is designed to cater to a higher-end customer while maintaining the youthful appeal of Studs, which primarily targets Gen Z and millennials. The new designs, available exclusively on Studs’ e-commerce platform, include scaled-down versions of Gottlieb’s iconic heart, rainbow, and diamond earrings.

Stephanie Gottlieb, the brand’s founder and CEO, approached Studs to explore new opportunities and reach a different audience. “One of our goals this year is to seek strategic opportunities at a different price point,” said Gottlieb. The collaboration marks a shift for Studs, which traditionally offers earrings priced between $18 and $150. Studs had previously experimented with higher-end jewelry through its pop-up Fancy Studs, which featured lab-grown gemstones and earrings ranging from $144 to $400.

Though Gottlieb’s signature pieces, including diamond earrings, can retail for up to $59,000, she emphasized that the collaboration was designed to complement Studs’ accessible pricing without undermining her own brand’s luxury status. “These pieces were intentionally scaled to fit the Studs aesthetic, focusing on playful designs and signature colors,” Gottlieb explained.

The collection’s launch is being supported by exclusive events in New York, Miami, and Dallas, where influencers and top customers from both brands will get early access and special discounts. Unlike limited-edition releases, the collaboration is expected to grow over time, with additional designs potentially added in the future. Studs co-founder Anna Harman expressed optimism about the collection’s success, particularly around Valentine’s Day, when the heart-themed earrings are expected to be in high demand.
