New York-based heritage jewelry brand David Webb has announced the appointment of Jeni Campagna as its new director of production. Campagna brings over 25 years of experience in the gem and jewelry industry to the role, having held prominent positions at IGI (International Gemological Institute), Sotheby’s Diamonds, and Cora International.
Campagna joined IGI in 2023 as director of operations. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president of production at Sotheby’s Diamonds and as a senior gemologist at diamond company Cora International. In addition to her industry roles, she has shared her expertise as an adjunct gemology instructor at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Campagna holds a Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing design and restoration from FIT.
David Webb, a renowned jewelry brand founded in 1948, is currently owned by Mark Emanuel and Robert Sadian. The company is celebrated for its exquisite craftsmanship, with its pieces created by a team of 25 artisans in a workshop located above its flagship boutique on New York City’s Upper East Side.
Campagna’s appointment underscores David Webb’s commitment to maintaining its legacy of exceptional quality and artistry in jewelry production. Her extensive experience and expertise are expected to further strengthen the brand’s position in the luxury jewelry market.
