Theresa Caputo, the star of Long Island Medium, is bringing her spiritual journey into the world of fashion with a new jewelry collection. The reality TV personality has partnered with renowned jewelry designer Carolyn Rafaelian, known for founding brands like Metal Alchemist and Alex and Ani, to create a new line called Divinely Guided.
The collection, priced under $100, features pieces made from tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic metals. The designs incorporate symbols, words, and mantras that reflect “the power of love, faith, and connection,” according to Caputo.
In an interview with People, Caputo explained the inspiration behind the line’s name. “I think my journey symbolizes hope for people, no matter where they are in life. We are all being guided,” she said. “Whether it’s by God, our departed loved ones, or spirit guides, we must remain open to that guidance.”
Known for her bold style, Caputo views accessories as essential to any outfit. “Jewelry is key,” she says. “I love throwing on a simple T-shirt and sweatpants, but with beautiful jewelry, I make a statement. Jewelry represents who we are and our personalities.”
Caputo worked closely with Rafaelian and the &LIVY team throughout the design process. “We discussed the meaning of signs and symbols for the souls of the departed, as well as those who’ve received readings,” she shared. “Creating this line, with such personal connections to each piece, is incredible. I’m still in awe that this is happening.”
Although Caputo says it’s hard to choose a favorite piece, there are a few that hold special meaning for her. One standout is the butterfly necklace, which she describes as a subtle, yet powerful symbol of freedom and transition. “The butterflies in the design aren’t loud, but they represent change,” she explains.
Another favorite is the Let The Light In pendant, which serves as a reminder for Caputo to stay grounded and embrace healing. “Grief is heavy, and nothing will change that,” she admits. “But this necklace gives me strength, helping me move forward with a lighter heart.”
Caputo hopes that wearing these pieces will help others feel a connection to their own loved ones. “Every piece has a meaning that anyone can relate to,” she says. “We’ve all experienced some form of loss—whether it’s a loved one, a job, or a friendship. We all deserve healing, and this jewelry encourages that healing process.”
With Divinely Guided, Caputo offers more than just jewelry; she offers a path to emotional healing and connection.
