Metro Jewelry Plaza, a prominent landmark in Downtown Miami, is undergoing a major transformation. This June, the iconic jewelry district reopens under new ownership, bringing in a new generation of jewelry designers, diamond dealers, bridal experts, and luxury watch brands.
The revitalization of the plaza comes under Elysee Investments, a New York and Florida-based real estate investment firm. The firm is led by owners Avi Dishi and Haim Yehezkel, who are committed to refreshing the jewelry hub.
Situated at 1 N.E. 1st Street, Metro Jewelry Plaza will offer over 225,000 square feet of retail and showroom space. The plaza is set to become a key destination for both cutting-edge jewelry and luxury timepieces. Its reopening is attracting top emerging talent eager to leave their mark on the fine jewelry and watch industries.
“We see Miami’s growing luxury market as an ideal space for the next generation of jewelry and watch designers,” said Avi Dishi, CEO of Elysee Investments. “Our goal is to create a dynamic creative hub where these designers can thrive and present innovative, modern designs to a global audience.”
