Gem Diamonds Limited has reported the finding of a significant 123.20-carat Type II white diamond at the Letšeng mine in Lesotho.
This discovery marks the eighth diamond over 100 carats unearthed this year. Gem Diamonds holds a 70% stake in the Letšeng mine, known for its production of large, high-quality white diamonds. It is recognized as the world’s highest dollar per carat kimberlite diamond mine.
