The journey begins with Level 1, the foundational course of the program.
The Level 1 course spans two days and provides an immersive experience into the basics of the “Big Three” gemstones: rubies, sapphires, and emeralds. Participants delve into gemological and historical fundamentals, exploring assessment criteria, as well as the value, history, gemology, and psychology associated with these precious stones. The course covers essential gemological properties and the emotional appeal of colored gemstones. Completion of the course earns participants a certificate of attendance, marking their initiation into the world of gemstones.
