Brilliant Earth, a leading jewelry retailer, has announced the promotion of two of its executives to top positions within the company. Pamela Catlett has been named Chief Brand Officer, while Sharon Dziesietnik has been appointed Chief Operations Officer. Both executives were already integral members of the company’s leadership team.
As Chief Brand Officer, Catlett will be responsible for overseeing Brilliant Earth’s brand strategy, which includes expanding the retailer’s presence both online and in physical stores. Catlett, who joined Brilliant Earth in 2023, brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at companies such as Outdoor Voices, Under Armour, and Nike. She has also served as a business consultant, advising various founders and CEOs.
In her new role as Chief Operations Officer, Dziesietnik will manage all aspects of the company’s operations, from sourcing materials to distribution. Dziesietnik, who started with Brilliant Earth in 2012, has steadily risen through the ranks, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding the company’s sales team, which now includes 400 jewelry experts across 40 showrooms in the United States.
