A new jewelry store covering 1,500 sq. ft. has opened, inaugurated by Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia along with co-founders Nirav Bhatt and Karam Chawla. The event attracted several notable personalities.
The store features a variety of solitaire necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings. These pieces blend modern technology with traditional fine jewelry. Dhupia praised the lab-grown diamonds for their contemporary design and affordability.
Pooja Sheth Madhavan, the founder and managing director, expressed her excitement about the store’s launch. She noted a rising demand for lab-grown diamonds in India. The lab-grown diamond (LGD) industry is growing at an annual rate of 15-20%, fueled by greater consumer awareness and the lower prices of LGDs compared to natural diamonds. Limelight Diamonds aims to take advantage of this trend, with locations in over 35 cities across India.
The store offers design customization, a lifetime buyback option, and a 100% exchange guarantee to enhance customer confidence. As the LGD industry continues to expand, brands like Limelight are poised for growth, with lab-grown diamonds now representing 20% of the global jewelry market.
