Swift’s own outfit, however, stole the spotlight as it combined elements from each of her iconic albums.
Swift’s choice for the evening—a black Balmain minidress valued at $4,290—seamlessly blended aspects of all her past eras. The dress featured sequin and crystal embroidery, a nod to her early albums Taylor Swift and Fearless, evoking memories of cowboy boots and curly hair. The halter neck and A-line skirt called back to her Speak Now era, while the sweetheart neckline paid tribute to the “Red” period of her career.
The dress also subtly referenced her 1989 era with its swingy skirt and knit fabric, while the color itself hinted at the edgier Reputation aesthetic. The sparkle and shine of the dress were unmistakably reminiscent of Lover, and Swift’s back bun recalled the earthy style of Folklore and Evermore. Adding an extra touch of glamour, Swift wore $36,000 De Beers diamond earrings, a luxurious nod to her Midnights era.
The final touch? The sleek black velvet Christian Louboutin heels, which Swift had also worn throughout her Eras Tour, completing a look that tied together the essence of all her musical phases.
In addition to her dazzling earrings, Swift wore a red friendship bracelet, mirroring ones seen in the social media posts of former soccer player, and close friend, Mahomes. She wasn’t the only one paying homage to Swift’s musical journey. Mahomes embraced the Fearless era with a silver fringed minidress, matching bolero jacket, and bedazzled knee-high boots, while styling her blonde hair into waves reminiscent of Swift’s early looks.
Swift’s partner, Patrick Mahomes, also embraced the Eras theme by channeling Travis Kelce’s appearance from the Eras Tour concert in London. Mahomes wore a tuxedo complete with a white bow tie and scarf, paying tribute to Kelce’s on-stage look.
While photos of Kelce’s party outfit have yet to surface, the couple also celebrated Swift’s 35th birthday with a private date night earlier in the week. The evening was a fitting way to close out a tour that has captivated fans worldwide for its celebration of Swift’s rich musical legacy.
