On Wednesday evening, a group of masked robbers armed with knives and hammers broke into Nan Fung Jewelry Store on San Fung Road in Sheung Shui around 6:30 pm. The attackers threatened the store staff and forcefully smashed display cabinets, stealing a significant amount of gold jewelry before fleeing the scene.
Witnesses reported that the robbers acted swiftly, creating chaos during the raid. After the theft, they were seen getting into a getaway car parked nearby.
