Bonhams is set to host its Knightsbridge Jewels auction on March 12 at its Montpelier Road showroom in London. The live sale will feature 302 lots, offering a diverse selection of fine jewelry from prestigious private collections. The auction will include signature designs from renowned jewelry houses such as Boucheron, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany & Co., Chaumet, and Bulgari.
Among the highlights are several pieces from British jeweler Kutchinsky, sourced from the collection of Kutchinsky family members. One standout item is an 18k yellow gold necklace, featuring a 5.02-carat heart-shaped sapphire and 1.7 carats of brilliant-cut diamonds. The piece is estimated to fetch between $5,200 and $7,700 (£4,000–£6,000).
The sale will also include notable jewels from a single-owner Cartier collection, spanning from the 1980s to the present. A standout piece is the Toccata necklace, adorned with over 36 carats of brilliant and princess-cut diamonds. With an estimated price of $32,000 to $45,000, it is expected to be one of the auction’s highest-valued items.
