Louis Vuitton’s Color Blossom collection, which has become a signature of the luxury brand, continues to captivate with new designs. The Monogram Flower, a motif first introduced by Georges-Louis Vuitton in 1896, has long been central to the brand’s identity. In 2015, the motif made its debut in the fine jewelry world with the launch of Color Blossom, characterized by vibrant gemstones, soft shapes, and feminine elegance.
In 2017, Louis Vuitton introduced the Color Blossom BB line. The BB collection, meaning “bébé” or baby, offered a more delicate, scaled-down version of the original. The small yet charming pieces, including petite pendants, stackable rings, and subtle studs, were designed for layering, bringing a playful and youthful vibe to the collection.
Now, the collection evolves with 27 new pieces, expanding the Color Blossom family. The new designs include sautoirs, rings, bracelets, pendants, and earrings, featuring the iconic Sun and Star motifs. Each piece presents a harmonious mix of gemstones, gold, and diamonds, offering even more variety in proportions and colors.
The new creations feature a thoughtful balance of textures, shapes, and colors. Soft pink and white mother-of-pearl bring a luminous touch, while malachite and cornelian offer rich, earthy tones. Onyx and amazonite introduce deeper hues, set in warm rose or bright yellow gold. Round diamonds accent many pieces, adding subtle brilliance and detail.
Among the highlights of the expanded collection are four-motif bracelets in pink gold, which combine polished gold with mother-of-pearl or malachite, and scattered diamonds. The longer sautoirs, designed to be fluid and versatile, allow for fresh layering options and give the Monogram Flower shape a more architectural look when worn doubled or stacked.
Layering remains a key element of the Color Blossom collection, but so does the concept of transformation. The pieces are designed to be mixed and matched across different stones, formats, and colors, allowing each wearer to create a personalized, expressive version of the collection.
The campaign, led by Louis Vuitton jewelry ambassador Ana de Armas, underscores this message of versatility. In soft lighting, De Armas is seen wearing a mix of pendants, rings, and bracelets that highlight the collection’s ability to transition seamlessly from everyday wear to special occasions.
Through this new chapter, Color Blossom demonstrates how Louis Vuitton’s historic Monogram Flower can continue to evolve and remain a vibrant, modern symbol. More than just a nod to the past, the motif continues to speak the language of the present.
