West Kelowna – After a year of resounding success, West Kelowna’s own jewelry company, Carolily, is embarking on a meaningful endeavor by initiating its inaugural jewelry drive in collaboration with Mamas for Mamas.
Established by the dynamic mother-daughter duo, Donna and Danielle Scheven, Carolily has seen remarkable achievements, recently culminating in a showcase of their creations at Paris Fashion Week. Their designs have also graced the pages of renowned international fashion publications such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Glamour.
“Mamas for Mamas has held a special place in our hearts since our company’s inception in 2016,” explains Danielle Scheven. “Given the challenges our community and the world have faced this year, there’s no better time than now to extend a little extra love.”
The Carolily Jewelry Drive has commenced with a generous contribution of 25 new pieces by the Schevens. Their ultimate goal is to amass 300 pieces of jewelry to benefit women in need within the community.
Donna Scheven expresses their honor in supporting women who require assistance, stating, “We are privileged to contribute to women in our community who need a helping hand. Many of us have jewelry that we no longer wear or need. It’s a simple request, yet one that can have a profound impact on someone else.”
This initiative by Carolily not only underscores the company’s commitment to philanthropy but also exemplifies the power of the community coming together to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing challenges. As the jewelry drive unfolds, it promises to be a testament to the compassion and generosity that can be sparked by a shared sense of community responsibility.
